Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Agricpedia will notify the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a lawsuit.

Agricpedia has a policy of terminating the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright, in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
